Sterilized white cabbage
Appreciation KLASA was awarded on the occasion of the fair Země Živitelka (Country Bread Winer) in town České Budějovice in the year 2010. We supply the white cabbage in glass containers 370 ml., 720 ml, and 4000 ml. Its production is relatively complicated, mainly for the reason of conservation, keeping of the appearance, colour and cut. As mentioned below cabbage contains a lot of water and to reach the highest quality sulphite is added to limit the colouring, which is not a defect, but cause plainnness for the customer-the cabbage gets brown. We got the national trade mark KLASA thanks to keeping the prescribed norms for using sulphite, which are given by our legislative. As we work in the international system of IFS we execute analises of sulphite when receiving raw materials and we add the antioxidants only in the necessary low degree- and this is how cabbage KLASA differs from other cabbage. Sterilized cabbage with more antioxidants – sulphite is different. Cabbage VIVA got better taste.

White cabbage was developed in Europe from wild species near the Mediterrarian Sea. There are many species which are grown in all continents. They contain a lot of water and fibre, so they can feed the organism without receiving much of energy. 100 g of cabbage contains only 22 kcal-so it is a good vegetable for all, who wants to keep a diet. It has also a lot of leaf acid, important for people in stress, then vitamin C, vitamins B12, manganese, selenium, which support immune systems and important trace compound. It contains antibacterial fytocidites and antisclerotical inositol.
Hungarian goulash

For the customer we produce in metal cans 300 g of goulash or in a modern version a metal can with easy an easy opening of the lid. The can 300 g is as a hardly any other on the Czech market suitable for using in a microwave oven (after departing of the lid). The appreciation was awarded on the occasion of the fair Země Živitelka (Country Bread Winer) in town České Budějovice in the year 2010. We got the national trade mark KLASA first of all that we surmount the legislative rule at pork and beef meat (norma is 16 % of beef meat and 14 of pork meat). We do so to the full satisfaction of the customer and our quality is 24 % beef meat and 20 % pork meat – and in addition to it we have a reasonable price. Hungarian goulash is piquant and is only slightly burny, by which the final savour is supported. The preparation of the Hungarian goulash needn´t be a matter of several hours. Thanks to conservation Hungarian goulash from PT Servis is as good as prepared at home with the diference that the simple opening of the can will save your time and work. Among the advantages of cans is first of all the fact that the value in them is very resistant , durable, they stand rough handling and you can easily store them as they have not too strict conditions for neighbouring temperature and light, which in case of cans does not mind at all.
